The Cods had a disappointing day at the office this weekend with both B and A Grade ging down to  young, fit USQ sides. Both games were very entertaining and close contests, with the A Grade side getting the crowd to their feet on a number of occassions. However it wasn't to be; B Grade fell 21/17 and USQ A Grade ran away with a 32/12 win - the final score belied what was a tight contest, especially in the first half.

This weekend the B Grade side has a Bye while A Grade travels to St George to take on the Frillnecks as they host their Ladies Day. 

In other news, a BIG Congratulations to Pete Uebergang who is now playing Premier Grade Rugby for West Brisbane, caoched by former Red coach Phillip Mooney. Great news and all the best Pete!
